These are exciting times for you and your little rascal who you will be going through huge changes.

Calcium, vitamin D, iron and protein continue to be crucial for this age group.

This is also the last time, when you can have maximum control over what is available for your child. Setting good eating habits now, will make it easier for your rascal to make sensible choices on their own and enjoy better food.

Try and base their meals around starchy foods for energy.

All children are rascals in their own special way and have their own special nutrition needs.
